Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Patrol Driver for Eden Prairie, MN. In this role you will patrol the facility, deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

A valid driver’s license is required and the position is full-time with daytime/night shifts. Daily duties include handling security procedures, incident reporting, and coordinating with healthcare personnel while upholding Allied Universal values of integrity and service.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required per Allied Universal policy.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted per federal, state and local laws.
• Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered in line with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required depending on state/local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Security Officer Full Patrol Driver in Eden Prairie, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to healthcare facility staff, visitors, patients, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and facility information, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
