Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Full Time Dispatch Operations in Montgomery, AL. As a Dispatch Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, and support timely response to security-related needs across sites.

You will use computer-based systems, maintain records, and provide professional customer service while helping deter incidents.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor communications systems, receive calls for service, document incidents, and dispatch appropriate personnel to locations.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and visitor information.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and coordinate notifications and assistance as directed.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and building systems and escalate concerns per procedures.

As a Security Officer Full Time Dispatch Operations in Montgomery, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Dispatch Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, and support timely response to security-related needs. You will use computer-based systems, maintain clear records, and provide professional customer service while helping to deter incidents. Pay Rate: $17.93 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor communications systems, receive calls for service, document incidents, and dispatch appropriate personnel to commercial real estate locations.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, visitor information, and other dispatch-related records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications and assistance as directed.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and/or building systems as assigned, reporting unusual activity and escalating concerns according to established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
