As a Security Officer Full Time Business Property in Beverly Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer supporting a dynamic tech, media, and telecommunications location, you will provide a welcoming presence, manage access, monitor entry activity, and assist visitors and employees with professionalism. You will help maintain a secure environment through clear communication and prompt reporting of security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide a welcoming, professional front-desk presence for visitors, employees, talent, and business guests at a media and entertainment office location.
• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, visitor reception protocols, credential verification, and access-control practices.
• Receive and direct visitors, confirm appointments with appropriate contacts, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with site policies.
• Monitor front-desk activity, communications, and access points; report unusual activity, access concerns, and maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and contacting Allied Universal leadership and/or emergency services as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
