Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional front desk customer service by greeting visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional, welcoming manner at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Manage visitor access by verifying identification, following site‑specific visitor procedures, issuing appropriate credentials, and notifying hosts of arrivals.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security‑related systems from a stationary front desk post; report unusual activity or concerns according to site‑specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters to Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site contacts as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate visitor, delivery, and incident records while supporting site‑specific procedures that help to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
