Qualifications

As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome tenants and visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. You will provide outstanding customer service, maintain a visible presence that helps deter incidents, and communicate clearly with building personnel. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Greet visitors, manage access procedures, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and direct guests to appropriate areas.
• Monitor entry activity, access control systems, cameras, alarms, and/or communications equipment, and report unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor, incident, and daily activity records while providing a professional presence that helps to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
