As a Security Officer Full Time Lobby Services in Beverly Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a dynamic media and technology location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and provide polished customer service. You will serve as a visible, approachable presence, communicate clearly with employees and guests, and help address security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, talent, and vendors at a high-profile media and entertainment office location by following site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Serve as the primary front desk point of contact by greeting guests, verifying appointments and access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to appropriate areas.
• Monitor access to the lobby and reception area, observe visitor activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry through professional presence and adherence to site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
• Operate reception and security-related systems, maintain accurate visitor and incident records, and coordinate with building management, client representatives, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
