Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local regulations.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

• Tue: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
• Wed: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
• Thur: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
• Fri: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access points for the distribution location, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
• Screen incoming and outgoing vehicles, deliveries, and personnel in accordance with site policies, escalating irregularities to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
