Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access by observing entry/exit activity, verify authorization, and report irregularities.
• Document incidents and patrol activity accurately and communicate to site contacts and leadership.

Pay Rate: $19.40 / Hour

Mon: 04:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Tue: 04:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Wed: 04:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Thur: 04:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Sun: 04:00 PM - 12:30 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying authorization as directed, and reporting irregularities.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
