Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor security-related systems, alarms, cameras, communication channels, and dispatch queues; receive calls and coordinate responses to incidents, service requests, and critical situations.
• Dispatch officers and appropriate responders to assigned locations, maintain clear radio and telephone communications, and provide timely updates to site leadership and responding personnel.
• Document incidents, dispatch activity, alarm notifications, visitor concerns, and other security-related events in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel and supporting follow-up actions.

As a Security Officer Dispatch Driver Support in Newark, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch Professional at a financial institution location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and support timely responses to service needs. You will help maintain an organized environment through clear communication, strong customer service, and collaboration with on-site teams. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
