Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency responses at a financial institution location.
• Monitor calls, alarms, and communications; document, prioritize, and dispatch appropriate personnel for routine requests and incidents.
• Maintain incident logs and dispatch records in line with site procedures.
• Coordinate with on-site personnel, management, and responders to incidents in a calm, professional manner.
• Monitor access and camera activity when assigned and report unusual conditions.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and communications systems; document, prioritize, and dispatch appropriate personnel in response to routine requests, incidents, and critical situations.
• Maintain accurate incident logs, activity records, and dispatch communications in accordance with site procedures and applicable reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with on-site personnel, management, and emergency responders as needed, responding to incidents in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access-related activity and camera systems when assigned, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
