Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Data Center Patrol Driver in Mesa, AZ. This full-time role supports a technology campus by patrolling facilities, monitoring access, responding to incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors.

A valid driver’s license is required. The day shift runs Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with a pay rate of $21.05 per hour.

Competenze

• Valid driver’s license required in the job state.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen administered as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

As a Security Officer Data Center Patrol Driver in Mesa, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to alarms and access-control needs, and deliver exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $21.05 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
• Wed: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
• Thur: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
• Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology and media location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with directions, credential verification, and escalation of access-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations and required information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for patrols, incidents, and security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
