Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks an Experienced Facility Driver Security Officer in Mesa, AZ. You will protect clients across industries, perform patrols, and respond to security incidents while providing excellent customer service.

Competenze

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen may be required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

As a Security Officer - Experienced Facility Driver in Mesa, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving position calls for strong communication and customer service while responding to security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $23.92 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 04:00 PM - 02:00 AM
• Tue: 04:00 PM - 02:00 AM
• Wed: 04:00 PM - 02:00 AM
• Thur: 04:00 PM - 02:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
