Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver in Media, PA to provide reliable security coverage on a fixed schedule with the option to pick up additional shifts. The role offers part-time hours with the potential to scale up to 40 hours per week at selected sites.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, patrolling premises, responding to incidents, and delivering excellent customer service to tenants and vendors, all while maintaining compliance with site

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license per policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, professional manner and follow reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building areas, parking lots, exterior grounds, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents and daily activities accurately per site requirements.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver in Media, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by pickingup additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat04:00 PM - 11:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pickingup extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directing guests and vendors, and report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
