You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access, and provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors at a manufacturing and industrial site.

Join Allied Universal to work a full-time schedule, with a pay rate of $17.48 per hour, focusing on safety, compliance, and reliable support for site operations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation will be conducted per federal, state and local laws.
• A drug screen will be conducted where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor access, and maintain access logs.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas including business, perimeter, gates and parking areas to identify unusual activity.
• Document incidents and daily activities through required reports and communicate information to leadership.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor access, and maintain accurate access logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including the business, perimeter, gates, parking areas, and restricted zones, to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities through required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
