Qualifications

• EMT certification required.
• 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access control policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor records, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unauthorized access and security concerns.
• Document daily activities, access events, incidents, and observations per reporting requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas of the manufacturing location.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized access, unusual activity, and facility concerns.
• Document daily activities, access control events, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an EMT certification.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
