Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers at a manufacturing site through security procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue badges, and maintain entry/exit logs.
• Respond calmly to alarms, incidents, and critical situations; escalate to site contacts or leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, surrounding areas, and facility perimeter.
• Document security activities, incidents, policy violations, and maintenance concerns with timely reports.

Pay Rate: $17.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery drivers at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and manage access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue and collect visitor badges, and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Document security-related activities, incidents, policy violations, and maintenance concerns through clear and timely reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
