Securitas, Inc. is hiring a Security Officer — Emergency Response for a full-time night shift in Ashland, WI. The role involves patrolling, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to keep people and property safe.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more. You’ll work a 4 on/4 off rotating schedule with competitive hourly pay of $30.00.

Wage: $30.00/HR

Schedule: 4 days on/4 days off rotating schedule, 6pm-6am

• Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, & entry points to identify potential security risks.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to work independently and confront suspicious individuals if necessary.
• Strong de-escalation and communication skills required.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
