Securitas, Inc. in Westfield, WI is seeking a full-time Security Officer to protect people, property, and assets. You will patrol the site, monitor cameras, control access points, and respond to emergencies to maintain a safe environment.

The role emphasizes professionalism and helping others follow safety protocols. The position offers weekday-only shifts, competitive pay of $16.00 per hour, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and paid training.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

• Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, and entry points to identify potential security risks.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.
