Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer — Full Time at our Wisconsin Dells site to protect people, property, and assets. The role includes patrolling premises, monitoring systems, and controlling access to maintain a safe environment.

The position offers a $16.00 per hour wage with no weekend requirements and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal for individuals with security, law enforcement, or military background and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

• Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, & entry points to identify potential security risks.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.
