Job summary

Securitas USA in Wisconsin is seeking a Security Officer - Full Time to help protect people, property, and assets across Princeton and Westfield. You will patrol facilities, monitor surveillance, control access, and respond to incidents to keep a safe environment for staff and visitors.

No prior experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided. Multiple shifts are available, with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid training, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must be calm under pressure and vigilant throughout shift.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and escalation.
• Strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.

Security Officer - Full Time

Site Location: Princeton, WI / Westfield, WI

Wage : $16.00-$18.00/HR

Schedule : Multiple shifts available!

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.
