Securitas USA in Ashland, WI seeks a Security Officer - Emergency Response (Full Time). The role guards people and property, patrols premises, monitors systems, controls access, and responds to incidents on a 4-on/4-off night shift (6pm-6am). No prior experience required; training provided.

Must be 18+, HS diploma or GED, good computer skills, and strong de-escalation/communication abilities. Pre-employment screening including drug test and background check are required.

Security Officer - Emergency Response - Full Time

Site Location: Ashland, WI. Wage: $30.00/HR. Schedule : 4 days on/4 days off rotating schedule, 6pm-6am. No Experience Necessary.

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.

• Must be able to work independently and confront suspicious individuals if necessary.


• Strong de-escalation and communication skills required.


• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.


• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.


• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
