Hyatt Regency Austin is seeking a professional, dependable Security Officer to join our Security Team in downtown Austin. You will help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues, using strong communication and observation skills to uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities include patrolling the property, enforcing policies, documenting incidents, and coordinating with hotel leadership and emergency services as needed.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays is required for this role.

Position Summary
