  • Access Control: Monitor entry points, check guest or employee credentials, and restrict access to back-of-house or private event spaces.
  • Emergency Response: Respond quickly to disturbances, medical situations, or fire alarms, administering basic first aid or CPR and coordinating with local emergency services when necessary.
  • Guest Assistance: Provide polite, customer-focused service by answering questions, resolving noise complaints, and escorting guests or staff during late hours.
  • Incident Reporting: Maintain detailed logs and write clear reports on daily activities, security breaches, or property damage.
  • Surveillance Operation: Monitor CCTV camera feeds and alarm panels to identify potential safety hazards or suspicious activities.

Job description
