Job summary

COLSA Corporation in Dayton, OH seeks a Security Manager, Journeyman to provide broad security support to the AFLCMC Mobility Directorate. You will oversee Acquisition Security, IP, AT/FP, OPSEC, COMSEC and Foreign Military Sales Security across development and sustainment phases. The role requires active Secret clearance to start, U.S.

citizenship, and the ability to obtain TS/SCI. You will collaborate on IPTs, ensure ITAR compliance, and help implement secure programs while upholding COLSA's

Qualifications

• Experience with security program management and compliance for DoD programs.
• Familiarity with ITAR, security classifications, and export controls.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and write reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, Acquisition Security, IP, AT/FP, OPSEC, COMSEC, FMS security across lifecycle phases.
• Manage access controls and ITAR compliance for foreign nationals and information.
• Obtain a Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) with foreign nations as needed.
• Participate on IPTs, analyze problems, and provide recommendations.
