Job summary

Credence seeks a Security Manager at journeyman level to support the Intelligence Directorate (AFLCMC/IN) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role involves SAP/SCI security operations, accreditation, documentation, and coordination with DoD and IC partners.

A current TS/SCI clearance and DoD experience are required. You will manage personnel security processes, classified materials, briefings, and security documentation while collaborating with government and prime contractors to ensure program

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with DoD experience.
• At least 3 years in a related technical/professional discipline, 3 of which in DoD
• OR 7 years directly related experience with proper certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP/SCI security operations and related activities.
• Assist with establishing accreditation of SAP/SCI facilities and plans.
• Develop, review, and maintain security documentation and SOPs.
• Coordinate with Government security personnel and contractors for secure program execution.
• Manage SAP/SCI personnel security processes and required files.
• Support classified material control, inventories, and storage.
• Provide security education, training, and briefings; run inspections.
• Facilitate security meetings and integrate security requirements into docs.
• Analyze security policies and recommend improvements.
• Support cyber, anti-tamper, and force protection activities.
• Handle JWICS communications and classified product support.
• Provide day-to-day security and admin support.
