Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Security Manager at the journeyman level to support the AFLCMC/IN at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will lead SAP/SCI security operations, coordinate with government teams, and oversee documentation, training, and audits to ensure compliance and mission success.

This role requires active TS/SCI clearance, DoD experience, and a strong grasp of security policies, JWICS handling, and program protection planning.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required or current eligibility and ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with relevant DoD or IC program experience.
• Minimum years of DoD/IC security experience as specified in the PWS.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP/SCI security operations, including acquisition, physical, personnel, documentation, industrial, information, and COMSEC security activities.
• Develop, review, and maintain security documentation (PPS, OPSEC, Security CONOPS, DD Form 254, SSPs).
• Coordinate with Government security personnel, program offices, prime contractors, and outside agencies to support secure program execution.
• Manage SAP/SCI personnel security processes, access records, and required security files.
• Handle JWICS communications and classified product support; ensure proper handling of SAP/TS/SCI materials.
