Job summary

COLSA Corporation in Dayton, OH seeks a Security Manager, Journeyman to provide comprehensive security support to the AFLCMC Mobility Directorate (WLV). The role covers Acquisition, Personnel, Information Protection and OPSEC, ensuring ITAR compliance and export controls across program life cycles.

The ideal candidate has US citizenship, an active Secret clearance to start (TS/SCI preferred), and the experience to lead IPTs, assess risks, write reports, and coordinate with the government and COR

Qualifications

• Active knowledge of DoD security programs (Acquisition, Personnel, IP, AT/FP, OPSEC, COMSEC).
• Experience with ITAR and export controls for government programs is required.
• Ability to coordinate with COR, IPTs, and government security offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, Acquisition Security, Personnel Security, Information Protection, AT/FP, OPSEC, COMSEC, and FMS security support across the system lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, and related security regulations; prevent unauthorized access by foreign nationals.
• Coordinate with COR to establish TAAs and participate in IPTs and related activities.
