Breckenridge Grand Vacations in Breckenridge, CO is seeking a Security Manager to lead our centralized security program across all properties. You will develop SOPs, manage incident response, staffing, and serve as liaison with law enforcement, while fostering safety, hospitality, and service excellence.

You will oversee a team of security personnel, ensure consistent operations, and drive continuous improvement in security practices for a hospitality-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience leading 8+ staff.
• Clear incident reporting abilities and documentation.
• Ability to develop and implement security SOPs and programs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise a team of 8+ security personnel and HR processes.
• Provide mentorship and foster a positive work environment.
• Develop, implement, and manage centralized security programs across all properties.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services.
• Maintain security incident reporting systems and documentation.
• Develop training programs, drills, and exercises.
