TORP Group is seeking a Property Manager in Breckenridge to oversee daily operations across 3–4 properties and support workforce housing. You will supervise an Assistant Property Manager and maintenance staff, ensuring lease compliance and resident satisfaction throughout Summit County.

The role emphasizes bilingual resident support, regulatory compliance, and active collaboration with leasing teams to optimize asset performance.

Formación

• 3+ years in property management.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, LIHTC, and CHFA requirements.
• Experience overseeing multiple properties and capital improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Stay informed on Summit County market trends to support leasing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, LIHTC, and CHFA requirements.
• Oversee operational performance for 3–4 properties, including resident satisfaction.
• Manage monthly financial activities, reporting, accounts payable, and performance analysis.
• Coordinate annual rent and expense escalations per lease requirements.
• Collaborate with leasing team through the lease lifecycle to maximize asset performance.
• Maintain lease documentation and critical tenancy information in MRI.
• Foster resident relationships and support Spanish-speaking residents.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out processes and responsive service across the portfolio.
• Oversee maintenance operations and capital improvements within budget and quality standards.
• Establish and manage vendor partnerships and service agreements.
