Job summary

Grand Welcome Breckenridge Franchise is seeking a detail-oriented Full-Time Seasonal Assistant Field Manager to ensure guest-ready properties across the Breckenridge area. You will inspect, stage, and report on condition, coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams, and document issues with inspection apps and Office365.

You’ll work on-site at multiple homes with flexible hours, including weekends, to support guest check-in/out.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and self-driven
• Ability to work in fast-paced field operations
• Hospitality, property inspection, or quality control experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Inspect and stage properties to exceed guest expectations
• Conduct post-cleaning inspections and verify inventory
• Identify and report maintenance needs and perform small repairs
• Collaborate with team members and use tech tools to track data
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays to support guest check-in/out scheduling
