Breckenridge Grand Vacations, LLC is seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager to lead Front Desk, Bell/Valet, and Activities teams at Grand Colorado on Peak 8. You will mentor staff, resolve guest concerns with care, and uphold hospitality standards while aligning with sustainability and mountain-community initiatives.

You will manage schedules, payroll, budgets, and vendor relations, ensuring seamless guest experiences in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in hospitality, resort operations, or guest services.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience, including coaching and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Front Desk, Bell/Valet, Activities, and Peak 8 Market operations.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff for high performance.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Create schedules and manage timesheets, time-off requests, and payroll.
• Address escalated guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain hospitality standards, policies, and guest feedback tracking.
• Assist with guest check-ins/check-outs and special requests.
• Support budget development, invoicing, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with departments to fulfill guest needs and safety procedures.
