Job summary

Breckenridge Grand Vacations, LLC is seeking an Assistant Engineering Manager for Grand Timber Lodge. You will oversee a dynamic engineering team, manage inventory, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced resort environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, participation in budgeting, and collaboration with departments to deliver peak property conditions. Apply by November 16, 2026.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with office equipment and company programs.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Valid US driver’s license; acceptable driving record.
• HVAC/mechanical familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory and supplies; maintain optimal stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and audits.
• Develop and improve inventory tracking and storage systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and obtain quotes for parts and supplies.
• Place orders for parts, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist Engineering Manager with staff management and coaching.
• Train staff on software, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Support monthly financials, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure safety standards and PPE compliance.
