Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of emergency procedures.
• Conduct investigations of property losses and refer to management for disposition.
• Deploy security staff to monitor and protect assets; maintain logs and required documentation.
• Comply with Corporate Loss Prevention safety and security guidelines; conduct regular patrols of property and parking areas.
• Lead and coach Loss Prevention team; set performance standards and monitor results.
• Provide excellent guest and employee safety; resolve issues and improve service quality.
• Assist in HR-related duties including incident reporting, disciplinary procedures, and training.

Education

2-year degree in Criminal Justice or related major
