Job summary

Securitas Technology in Centennial, CO is seeking an SES Installation Scheduler to coordinate security installation projects from booking to completion. You will manage technician and subcontractor schedules, ensure CCD/PSD dates, and partner with the District General Manager to keep projects on track.

This role requires 1–3 years of scheduling experience, proficiency with Excel and project management systems, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• 1–3 years in scheduling, operations support and/or project coordination
• Understanding of order-to-cash processes and construction coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation technicians and subcontractors to meet customer dates
• Manage backlog and forecast revenue for projects
• Review backlog with DGM for revenue planning
• Attend daily call with DGM to review projects
• Drive end-to-end installation processes from start to finish
• Maintain installation schedules in Atlas or similar tools
• Communicate CCD/PSD dates with customers
• Process POs and close out projects in ERP
