Job summary

Securitas Technology Corporation is seeking an Installation Coordinator to manage electronic security installation projects from order visibility through on-time delivery and closure. You will interface with customers, PMs, and field leadership to ensure schedules, parts, and resources meet CCD and PSD goals.

The role requires coordination across internal resources and subcontractors, maintaining documentation in Solomon, and driving customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• 1–3 years in operations scheduling, operations support or project coordination.
• Understanding of installation processes and order-to-cash cycle including deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Installation Technicians to meet customer dates with District Install Manager and Project Manager support.
• Drive installation process for all orders from start to finish with PMs and field leadership.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and track arrivals/departures to customer sites.
• Review new orders for Customer Contact, Scope of Work, and allowances.
• Be the primary customer contact to obtain CCDs and PSDs when assigned.
• Maintain installation folders and update inventory weekly.
• Manage PSD and Project Scope changes including manufacturing and logistics impacts.
• Submit and track supplier POs, process MORs, and close out reports in Solomon.
• Create action items in Solomon and escalate when needed.
