Job summary

Kastle Systems is seeking a Project Manager to plan, schedule, and coordinate installation and service activities in the Customer & Operations/Installation group. You will serve as the single point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing and service delivery.

The role emphasizes managing installation milestones, coordinating with General Contractors, and maintaining documentation; a background in IT networks for video systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; not required.
• 5+ years’ experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working on/at construction sites and scheduling with General Contractors.
• Understanding of IT networks and systems for video camera networking/installation.
• Knowledge of PM support processes and customer service principles.
• Experience providing customer services and addressing stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation and service activities with new and existing customers.
• Act as project liaison between Kastle departments and the Customer during implementation; manage meetings and communications.
• Develop and maintain a master Installation calendar to meet milestone dates and revenue goals.
• Oversee contract reviews, proposals, and amendments as needed.
• Monitor project costs to stay within budget and ensure positive margins.
• Provide regular progress updates and documentation for project records.
