Job summary

Kastle Systems is seeking a Lead Project Manager in Fremont, CA to plan, schedule, and coordinate Security Systems Installation projects. You will interact with clients, align requirements with Kastle's services, and ensure timely, accurate on-site execution and system activation.

The role requires strong communication, experience with construction sites, and familiarity with IT networks for video installations. Occasional overtime and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 3+ years' experience managing multiple projects.
• Experience on construction sites and scheduling with GCs.
• Understanding of IT networks for video systems.
• Knowledge of project management processes and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project liaison between Kastle and clients during implementation.
• Lead contract review and follow-up proposals.
• Conduct security system consultations per customer requests.
• Attend construction meetings and review drawings as required.
• Develop project schedules and provide status reports and billing directions.
• Submit documents for permits and conduct inspections.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to remove delays and adjust plans.
• Provide training on client specs and hand-off processes.
• Maintain project documentation and turnover to Customer Service.
• Stay informed on Kastle services and internal processes.
