Job summary

Safe Haven Security LLC is seeking an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to install, service and troubleshoot residential alarm systems. You will ensure proper functioning and performance while delivering peace of mind to customers.

You will engage clients during consultations, diagnose issues, perform testing, and educate customers on usage. The role requires strong communication and documentation skills in a busy environment.

Qualifications

Experience installing security alarm systems, sensors, cameras and controls.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues with security systems.
Strong interpersonal skills to guide customers through use and features.

Responsibilities

Install security alarm systems including control panels, sensors and cameras.
Engage in sales consultations to understand client needs and propose solutions.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure proper system function.
Test installed systems and perform adjustments or repairs as needed.
Educate customers on system operation and best practices.
Complete installation reports, service tickets and inventory records.
