Safe Haven Security LLC is seeking an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems. You will ensure proper function and provide customers with peace of mind through expert installation and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain or possess an alarm agent permit where applicable.
• Must have a valid driver's license and driving history meeting company standards.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools for installations.

Responsibilities

• Install security alarm systems including control panels, sensors, and cameras.
• Engage in sales consultations to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure proper system function.
• Conduct testing and adjust installations for optimal performance.
• Educate customers on system usage and features for confidence and safety.
• Complete installation reports, service tickets, and inventory records.
