Job summary

Safe Haven Security LLC is seeking an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems, ensuring proper function and customer peace of mind.

You will install panels, sensors, cameras and related equipment; engage in sales consultations to tailor security solutions; diagnose and fix issues; conduct thorough testing; and educate customers on system operation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining security alarm systems.
• Ability to obtain/possess basic tools and operate safely.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customers.

Responsibilities

• Install alarm panels, sensors, cameras, and related equipment.
• Provide security solutions during customer consultations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure proper function.
