Safe Haven Security LLC is seeking an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer peace of mind.

You will conduct testing, provide customer education, and handle installation documentation in a fast-paced environment. The role includes ongoing training, growth opportunities, and a strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain or possess basic tools for job duties.
• Proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining security alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Install security alarm systems including control panels, sensors and cameras.
• Engage in sales consultations to recommend security solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure proper function.
• Test installed systems and perform adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Educate customers on proper use and functionality of systems.
• Complete installation reports, service tickets and inventory records.
• Stay updated on security technologies and industry standards.
