Safe Haven Security is seeking an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems. You will ensure proper functioning to provide peace of mind and protection for customers.

Role includes sales consultations, thorough testing, and documenting installations while staying updated on industry standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have basic tools for job duties.
• Proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining security alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Install security alarm systems including control panels, sensors, cameras, and related equipment.
• Conduct sales consultations to understand customer needs and recommend security solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure proper function of security systems.
• Test installed systems and perform adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Educate customers on usage and operation of their security systems.
• Complete installation reports, service tickets, and inventory records.
