Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey SORA Certification required.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to document incidents clearly.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Monitor building entrances, interior spaces, parking areas, and exterior perimeters to maintain safety and access control.
• Conduct routine patrols and remain alert to safety or security concerns.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, incidents, and requests for assistance promptly and professionally.
• De-escalate disruptive situations using sound judgment and professionalism.
• Investigate incidents and complete accurate written reports.
• Operate surveillance and access control systems and other security tech.
• Collaborate with clinical and facilities teams to support a safe environment.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and a visible security presence.
• Support emergency preparedness and response procedures as needed.
