Qualificações

• NJ SORA certification is required.
• Prior experience in security or public safety is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods in various conditions.
• Ability to respond calmly in emergencies and fast-paced situations.
• Strong written communication for incident reports.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor building entrances, interior spaces, parking areas, and exterior perimeters.
• Conduct routine patrols and remain alert to safety concerns.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, incidents, and requests for assistance.
• De-escalate disruptive situations with sound judgment.
• Investigate incidents and complete detailed written reports.
• Operate surveillance and access control systems.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and facilities teams.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.
