Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Compliance in Kailua, Hawaii. The role focuses on protecting healthcare facilities through visible patrols, customer service, and strict adherence to driver policies while ensuring safety and smooth operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and communicating with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions, wayfinding, and adherence to site access procedures while maintaining a courteous presence.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately, and report security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
