As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Emergency Response in Kailua, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare setting, you will conduct routine patrols and operate a vehicle as part of your assigned responsibilities. You will maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism, and communicate observations clearly. Pay Rate: $25.76 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)
• Valid Driver's License - In Job State (C124)

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site leadership, staff, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
