• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions, wayfinding, and adherence to site access procedures while maintaining a courteous presence.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately, and report security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Compliance in Kailua, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Security Officer supporting a healthcare location through highly visible patrols and routine monitoring. This primarily driving role involves operating a vehicle in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy, responding to security-related concerns, helping to deter incidents, and delivering compassionate customer service. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
