Allied Universal in Hawaii is seeking a Security Officer for a Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Compliance role in Ewa Beach. You will patrol residential communities, monitor access, provide excellent customer service, and respond to incidents with professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a residential community, you will drive and conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with community policies, and maintain professional communication with residents, guests, and property personnel.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
