Allied Universal in Kailua, Hawaii is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Route Patrol Driver to protect patients, staff, and visitors at a healthcare location. This role requires driving and a valid driver license, as well as strong customer service and situational awareness.

You will conduct patrols, monitor access points, report incidents, and support site safety with a calm, professional approach. Full time schedule includes day and night shifts.

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Subject to background check as per laws.
• Drug screen may be required by law.

• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and medical emergencies calmly and professionally.

• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations to leadership.

As a Security Officer Full Time Route Patrol Driver in Kailua, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide courteous customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Pay Rate: $25.76 / Hour

Pre-Employment Requirement: Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.
• Monitor access points and assist with directing visitors, providing information, and reporting unauthorized access or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
