Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer Mobile Driver in Kailua, HI. You will patrol healthcare facilities, provide customer service to patients and staff, and maintain a visible security presence while driving between sites.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, offers flexible part-time hours, and emphasizes safety, professionalism, and teamwork in protecting people and property.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, badge verification, and/or access-control procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders as needed.

• Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
